TABLES dirty, ketchup dispenser broken. When we asked for ketchup the Manager at the counter rudely passed a handful of packets. Watched her do the same to another couple. Thank goodness the food tasted good. NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! I worked at BK myself.... I KNOW THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!September 10, 2016
